Welcome back to your weekly meal plan! Every week I send you 4 dinners for the work week and a bonus breakfast and lunch recipe, along with your grocery list and prep instructions.

I only give you 4 dinner ideas to account for Friday pizza nights and/or using up leftovers, so feel free to choose an extra recipe if you need it!

Weekly Meal Plan

This week's plan is all about summer vibes, and as usual, we have a bunch of high protein faves of mine.

Monday: Faux Dan Dan Noodles

444 cals | 27g protein

Tuesday: Easy Beef Stir Fry

500 cals | 25g protein

Wednesday: Easy Broccoli Chicken Alfredo Skillet

527 cals | 38g protein

Thursday: Spicy Shrimp Stacks with Mango Salsa

353 cals | 26g protein

BONUS BREAKFAST | Freezer-Friendly Tex Mex Breakfast Quesadillas

BONUS LUNCH | Kale Chicken Caesar Wraps

Don't forget to shop and prep!

Remember, shop your fridge before hitting the grocery store and set aside 1 hour on Sunday to chop veggies, make sauces and prep other components so dinner comes together FAST during the week.
